    Dr. Sanjay Tolani, became the “youngest member” at the age of 19 and the “youngest life member” at the Age of 28 to the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). He also has 12 Top of the Table Qualifications (TOT), which is considered the pinnacle of the financial services profession. To top things off, he is also the youngest Managing Director of an insurance brokerage in the Middle East.              
    LEROY DALLAS - JAMAICA
    Leroy has been in the Life Insurance business for over 16 years under Guardian Life in his country Jamaica. He has served as the MDRT representative for Jamaica from 2006-2007 and MDRT Zone Chair for the Caribbean from 2007-2008 and again from 2008-2009. He has also been on the panel of many MDRT committees and written many articles for the MDRT magazine “Round the Table” over the last 12 years.

    He became the youngest member in 2003 at the age of 19 and then qualified as the Youngest Life Member in 2012 at the age of 28. He also became the Youngest Managing Director of an Insurance Brokerage in the Middle East.
